What you choose to share

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, organization, organization type, topic, audience, role, languages, timeline, purchasing route and a project description. Budget and funding source are optional. Please do not include resident information, passwords, financial details or other sensitive records. Fields marked required are needed to respond usefully.

How an inquiry is handled

When online sending is enabled, the inquiry is sent to kyle@civicrill.com through an email delivery provider. The intended provider is Resend; mail is received in the dedicated CivicRill Google Workspace mailbox. CivicRill uses the message to respond and discuss the project. You are not automatically added to a mailing list, and the form does not send an automated copy to your address.

A sending confirmation means the delivery provider accepted the request, not proof that it reached the inbox. If sending is unavailable, the site says so. A direct email link opens your email app; nothing is sent until you send it there.

Technical safeguards

The site uses temporary security tokens and short-lived abuse-prevention counters when online sending is enabled to limit automated submissions. The application does not save your form text in a website database or application log. The Vercel sending adapter is designed to keep random request IDs, keyed request fingerprints and delivery states in Upstash Redis for up to 24 hours to prevent duplicate sends; rate counters expire after ten minutes. This store is required before that adapter can send. The email-draft option prepares a message in your own email app and does not submit the form to this server. Email copies are retained in the business mailbox and delivery provider according to their settings; the hosting provider may keep connection logs.

Cookies and tracking

This website code uses no analytics, advertising trackers, external fonts or tracking cookies. Any future service that changes that behavior needs an updated notice.

Email kyle@civicrill.com to ask about an inquiry or request removal of your correspondence, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Do not send sensitive information to verify your identity.
